Delivery & Returns
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after orders are processed.
Order tracking information will be emailed to the recipient.
All orders have free shipping.
We do not accept returns; however, in the event you receive a damaged or defective item, we will issue a refund upon being notified within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or defective product, along with a receipt of purchase and a photo of the product. Please refer to our Refunds Policy for further instructions on completing the refund process for a damaged product.
In the event your order is returned to sender, we will charge a shipping fee to send a replacement. We do not refund these type of orders.
MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Once you have placed an order, they are immediately processed; therefore, we are unable to make any changes or cancel an order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Exetty is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. We can not replace or refund these orders. If you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Exetty is not responsible or liable for any packages that are shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect order submissions by the customer. We can not replace or refund these orders. In the event that you submit an incorrect address during an order, please contact us at email@example.com. If the order has not been shipped, we can correct the address.
