We do not accept returns; however, in the event you receive a damaged or defective item, we will issue a refund upon being notified within 24 hours of customer receiving the damaged or defective product, along with a receipt of purchase and a photo of the product. If you receive a damaged product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and put "Damaged Product" in the subject line of your email to ensure a faster response during this process.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Once your email is received and proof inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your notification email . We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
